Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

To support Head of Department (HOD) and/or Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and supervising operational in achieving sales target. Coordinate with Supervisors in developing sales & marketing plan and A&P budget. Analyse sales data and determine sales forecast. Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities. Effective communication skills.

A) Marketing Planning & Support

  1. Support Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and supervising operational to meet sales target.
  2. Coordinate with the Supervisors in developing integrated sales & marketing plans and A&P budget allocation.
  3. Maximize marketing returns and ensure the marketing expenses are kept at less than the approved percentage of annual sales value achieved.
  4. Conduct competitor and customer surveys to prepare insightful market research and pricing reports in order to formulate pricing strategy that are competitive and attractive to target market.
  5. Recommend cost-effective promotional activities based on performance analytics and industry trends.

B) Project Marketing

  1. Attend and participate meetings with architects, project consultants, contractors, interior designer, creative agencies in exchange of ideas and brainstorming.
  2. Coordinate and formulate sales & marketing programmes and strategies, A&P and all aspects of marketing.
  3. Work with creative agencies on the marketing collaterals, including design & layout for both indoor and outdoor displays, such as light box, display panel, street bunting, flyers & brochures, banner, billboards, digital screens and any other promotional materials.
  4. Assist and participate in sales event, project launching, exhibitions, roadshows and liaise with event organizers/service providers.
  5. Constant monitor, review and report on all sales & marketing activities and results.

C) Event Execution

  1. Source and engage event organizer (EO) on event proposals for sales launch, festive seasons, weekends event, etc.
  2. Planning and implementing events, roadshows, property launches, and promotional activities.
  3. Monitor and ensure all display materials (bunting and poster, etc) and items (TV, model, etc) are in good conditions.
  4. Ensure A&P marketing expenses remain within the approved percentage of sales revenue.

D) Administrative & Reporting

  1. Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, and authorities submission documents as required.
  2. Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing and ad-hoc assignments by superiors.
