Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle full set management accounts and financial statement of monthly, quarterly and yearly;
  2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts;
  3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy;
  4. Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments;
  5. Update daily cashflow & perform bank reconciliations to ensure that account balances are accurate;
  6. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner;
  7. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to accounts management;
  8. Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers & related authority’s parties when necessary;
  9. Any other Ad-hoc tasks being assigned by superior from time to time.
  10. Relevant experience in the property development industry will be a strong advantage.
