Project Department

C&S Engineer / COW

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works to ensure all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures and within safety guidelines.
  2. Supervise and monitor the process of Bore Pile, Infrastructure and Elevated Road Work.
  3. Have knowledge in elevated road and infrastructure works.
  4. Execute inspections and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans.
  5. Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal on site safety regulations and standards.
  6. To attend regular meeting such as Client Consultant Meeting, Site Meeting, or NSC meeting, etc
  7. Identify and report any deviations, defects, or non-compliance issues.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress of related work.
  9. Ensure that projects adhere to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  10. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  11. To keep and maintain all documentation and to ensure compliance with the internal policies and procedures
  12. Issue memo to contractors for non-compliance with the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings, and Specifications.
  13. Prepare and update daily reports, verify progress reports, and attending to all site meetings.
  14. Report to Project Manager/ Consultant Engineer if any discrepancy is found.
  15. Demonstrates a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structure Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of elevated road and work sequences.
  3. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Relevant IOW certifications is required.
  8. Minimum certificate / Diploma in Engineering in Civil & Structural.
  9. Must have experience in Elevated Road works.
  10. Able to work independently.
  11. Ability to communicate well.
  12. Ability to handle stakeholder well including contractors. 13.Willing to work on weekends.

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Project

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager to ensure the project assigned is completed within the approved timeframe, budget and specifications.
  • Assist Project Manager on day-to-day project management, including liaison with all parties involved in the project (e.g., the Architects, Designer, Consultant, Main and Sub Contractors, suppliers etc).
  • Assist Project Manager in design development stage and prepare product brief.
  • Coordination with consultant for preparation and submission of drawings/documents relevant local councils and authorities to ensure authority approvals are obtained within the agreed timeframe.
  • Liaison and follow up with relevant authorities whenever necessary to expedite the approval process.
  • Assist Project Manager in conducting coordination meetings with consultants and contractors in Client Consultant meetings and Site meetings to solve all project related issues and recommend solutions to problems.
  • Regular site visit and check the day-to-day work by the contractors to ensure compliance to procedures, standards, specifications drawings, safety standards, quality and adherence to the project requirements as well as SOPs
  • Monitor work schedules, work progress at site and coordination with all parties involved to ensure that the projects are smoothly completed in accordance to specification, target time and budget set.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

M&E Engineer/ M&E IOW / Project Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of M&E systems during the construction phase.
  2. Verify that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
  3. Identify and report any deviations, defects, or non-compliance issues.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  5. Ensure that projects adhere to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  6. Monitor and report on the progress of M&E installations.
  7. Conduct quality control checks and perform relevant tests as needed.
  8. Keep detailed records and documentation of inspection findings.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices .

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
  3. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
