- Handle full set management accounts and financial statement of monthly, quarterly and yearly;
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts;
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy;
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments;
- Update daily cashflow & perform bank reconciliations to ensure that account balances are accurate;
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner;
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to accounts management;
- Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers & related authority’s parties when necessary;
- Any other Ad-hoc tasks being assigned by superior from time to time.
- Relevant experience in the property development industry will be a strong advantage.
