Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of Radium Development’s ‘Spot To Win’ Raya Contest on Radium Development’s Facebook.
Participants are to agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below:
Eligibility
The Contest is opened to all residents residing in Klang Valley at time of Contest. Employees of Radium Development, its subsidiaries and affiliates, agencies or any company associated with the activity and Contest and / or the immediate family members of such persons are prohibited from entering. The participant will need to be 18 years old and above to enter.
Contest Criteria
1) Comment the number of briefcases in the comment section.
2) Share & Tag 3 friends to join the game.
3) Like Radium Development Facebook Page will be a bonus point to win.
Contest Duration
The Contest starts on 11th April 2022 (Monday) and ends on 17th April 2022 (Sunday), 11:59PM. Any comments submitted past the mentioned deadline will be deemed invalid.
Winners’ Criteria
Winners will be randomly pick (lucky draw method) and MUST fulfil ALL the Criteria stated in the ‘Contest Criteria’ section above.
The Management’s decision is final and binding. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) prize.

A total of FIVE (5) winners from Radium Development’s Official Facebook page will stand a chance to win the following prize:

Winner Announcement
The winners will be announced via an Announcement Post on Radium Development’s Facebook Page on 18th April 2022 (Monday).
Winners will have to get back to us via private message on Facebook Messenger not later than 22rd April 2022 (Friday), 12pm to arrange for prize redemption. If we do not hear from you by then, another winner will be selected. The following personal particulars will also be requested for verification purposes: Full Name as per NRIC, NRIC Number, Mobile Phone Number, VALID Email Address and Correspondence Address.
Prize Collection
Prizes will be delivered to the winner latest by 25th April 2022 (Monday), which is 7 days from winner announcement date. Radium Development will not responsible for any lost of parcel or other unexpected incidents once the prize delivered. If you are concerning about the risk of delivery as mentioned, you may arrange for self-collection at our office but do make an appointment earlier before the collection date.
Participation in the Contest implies that participants agree to all the Terms & Conditions as herewith stated. Any participants caught using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified. If necessary, Radium Development is entitled to shorten or extend the Contest Duration without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable, Radium Development has the right to replace the prize with another product of similar value.
