HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for administration support related to staff benefits program.
  2. To assist in annual yearly review exercise for Radium Group of Companies.
  3. To assist HR administration activity for all Radium employees and entities  which includes HR system and data management, leave  management, and management of insurances and premiums.
  4. To assist in providing HR data analytics across Radium Group of Companies.
  5. To assist in HR audit compliance exercise.
  6. To support in recruitment activities and liaise with recruitment agencies to discuss and negotiate terms and support required, and screening of resumes.
  7. To support all Radium’s employee learning & development initiatives.
  8. Assist Head of HR in coordination any new improvements and development of activities relating to HR matters.
  9. To work proactively with management to uphold a positive with the environment.
  10. Additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
